Yesterday turned out to be a good and productive day all around. School went very well, I got in a good workout with 20 minutes on the bike, 15 minutes of Jillian Micheal's Fitness challenge, 15 minutes of Yoga on the Wii fit ,15 minutes of ab work on the ball, on the floor and with the resistance bands and then walking around Goodwill last night searching for treasures. I did not find anything myself that screamed buy me, but it was fun considering the possibilities. I am noticing tightness in my glutes today as a result. It always interests me to discover which muscles choose to be sore the day after a work out.

Today is an exciting day TV wise. The Tudor's season 2 is available on DVD for starters. We are going to buy it to add to our collection. We were able to watch the season online earlier this year, and season 2 picks up on the dark reality of what happens when obsession becomes your possession. Definitely not a case of happily ever after, as history has proven. Still, it is a very good series and we plan on buying all seasons as they become available.

Second highlight is season 7 of The Biggest Loser begins. I started watching this last year, and while I disagree with the idea of weightloss ever being a competition and consider their weekly results to be unhealthy on several levels, ,it is fun to watch the human drama and see glimpses of yourself in the lives of these strangers. This season has a bit of local interest for me- the couple that are oldest contestants ever live a few towns over from me. I do not know them personally, but I have spent a fair amount of time in their town. It is headquarters for the Theosophical society and the location fro one of the best home school supply bookstores in the area. It will be interesting to watch their progress.

Off to the books and the grind !
